'Level of effort' activities in MSP 2007

To familiarize myself with MSP(2007) in Pertmaster, I exported a P6.7 Schedule to MSP and then used that in Pertmaster. My problem is that LOE activities are handled differently. They behave 'normally' in P6, but are treated as fixed units activities in MSP. This makes for different results in Pertmaster. 

Is there some way to make these MSP activities behave (vary) as their underlying activities change? I may be missing something obvious, since I really do not know MSP very well. Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks.

    The answer for my problem

    The answer for my problem lies within Pertmaster.  The solution is to change the MSP LOE activites to hammocks.  So simple.
