Editing horizontal data in the graph

Hello everyone, this is my first post and really appreciate those reply this thread.
For the graph, I want to edit the horizantal data. Meaning here want to change from 1 2 3 4 and so on to the scope,plan and others such like below picture. I create this graph under the REPORT >> New Report
