Is threre any correct way to import actual data from Excel to MSP сurrent schedule?

    presuming the actual data to be imported are stored in an Excel file with the MS Project Export/import format,

    open the file to be updated in MS Project,

    select the Excel file in the MS Project File, Open dialog,

    select the Update project option
