Changing Defaults

Anyone know how I can change the default settings to:

a. Activity type = Resource dependent/Finish milestones/Start milestones
b. Duration type = Fixed duration and units/time
c. % Complete type = Duration

    In the Enterprise view, look at the default tab on the bottom layout.

    Although Admin Superuser I have to change defaults project by project. In enterprise view the choices are blanked out, any thoughts

    These are project level settings so unfortunately you are stuck with it. Cheers
