wbs activity

I had created a p3 schedule which consists of 1000 activities, and organised it.
Then i created WBS activities which shows the summary of the group of activities.
Now my Problem is i want to assign this wbs activites as relations to some other activities , but p3 is not taking it. Please suggest in this regard.
cos of this Total float - i m getting very big digits which is not acceptable pratically........
please suggest a solution for this????

Oldest first- 0Paul Harris ·A WBS activity by the nature of being a WBS activity spans all other activities with the same WBS code.
The relationships need to go from the non WBS activities.
