installation of Primavera P5 on 64bit machine and 64 bit operating system with SQL 2005 is possible. If yes than how.

Primavera have not officially tested any of the 64 bit operating systems and hence do not support the same.

But Primavera do not require a "high-performance" platform like x64-bit. You can feel a smooth operation in x-86.
