Work Products and Documents in P6

Dear Planners (P6 users),

How do you input Work Products and Documents globally? Or how to show it in each and every project, open or closed? Is it possible?

Ravi,

a promotion in the tool being used..from MSP to P3 and jumping to P6..not bad for me anyway

anybody knows about the "Document Count" in Status Report; why it’s not counting the documents totally? It only counts one (1) for the whole group of documents per status...
