Dear friends,
I’ve faced a serious problem during updating my project schedule, i’ve assigned nonlabour resoreces to activities and set the schedule as initial plan, after update i found the budgeted resorces moved behind the new data date, so that it’s not posible to compare budgeted and actual resources.
please advise.
