Is there a guide anywhere that can assist in this? I created Templates in P3 but not in P5. At my old company they copied Jobs that were similar and adjusted dates and tasks. Here there are more standardized on what they do it would be easier to run a template system where they grab a template and set it to their project.

    You need to look at the Methodology Manager which is a separate programme. There is a pdf guide on the installation CD.

    Or, less sophisticated, keep your template projects on a separate branch of the EPS (Enterprise Project Structure), setting their status as "Inactive". Then copy and paste as required.
