Best way to contact with Technical / Development Team of ORACLE P6?

If anyone has ever contacted/interacted with Technical or Development team member of ORACLE (P6 Division), please guide me!!

I tried contacting via LIVE CHAT feature on ORACLE official website, but the guys there are only their Sales Representatives and they couldn't direct me to any Technical Person so far upon my request.

Actually i have to discuss possibility of a technical customization or option in one of the functionalities of P6 EPPM software.

    While registration at its asking for Support Identifier, can you guide me about that, where can i get this identifier number?
