What is the maximum total float value(in days )an activity can have in a project of 1year duration

    Can u eloborate further. Theoretically U can have any float but that depends on many things, what project whats your construction sequence, ur resources and the list goes.............

    Well, if you do something today, that you dont need for a year, what do you think your float would be ?

    i mean is there any rule that max total float to be limited to some (%) percentage of project duration
