If the message is "You are not assigned" or "you have no rights" --> check the entry under: Admin --> users --> tab "Licenses" --> named user for time sheets?
or Check if you created ts by the Batch Create in the client module.
Otherwise, if you don’t see the entry screen: Is the group server started?
