Hello, does anybody have a proposal how to make only one milestone or constraint
"the sooner the better"?

    I have an activity with a lot of float - for technical reasons - but it is good to start this activity as soon as possible, to be earlier than compatitors

    Hello Hannes,
    Create a predessesor milestone with fs relationship to the task and put a start on constraint on it, it will turn red if the data date will pass the constraint date
