P3 fix utility or USERFIL.p3 files

I got a program from one of teh consultants in P3.

While importing it gives an error "Couldn’t locate USERFIL.P3"

I know, p3fix utility can resolve this issue, but from where i can download this?

We have P6 only.

    This problem occurs during import or export of P3 files. During P6-installation it was copied onto your pc.
    Possible reasons: P6 installation damaged or - more probable - lack of access rights.

    i answer ur question here
    as not to confuse readers with mix messages in diff forum

    please to go knowledge base (POINT)
    and download the file for P3.
    as i am running windows 7 beta.
    dont have p3 with me atm,
