Guys

How can one check who had been into a P6 project

Just to give you a background, we have various different Projects on our P6 , and different Planners on different Projects, How does one check who has been into your project or accessed your project historically

Thanks

    You can’t.

There is no "last used" functionality.

Any such test/trigger would have to be at the Oracle or Operating System level.

We have checked this up to and including version 6.2.

If its true, then its a big mess by Primavera.....

How to track it then... At least even by log-in details

Just curious, what admin guys must b doing and y it has not been included frm last so many years?

    Guys

it is just that , any one can then access the program , and should he make changes , in error, you dont know who has been in your prgram , i find this a major flaw in P6

There are some "last changed by" flags in the database - but no "last used by"

Is ther any way to check who is currenty in a project? We have integrated schedules with users in several locations. Any way to know who is also accessing a project?

The "File:Open" dialog has a "users" button that tells you who is currnetly in the project
