Importing files from p3 to p3e

I recently imported a work program from p3 to p3e and

noticed that some key dates(M.C.,Ready for

commissioning,Demobilisation) changed when i rescheduled

the P.O.W.(Programme Of Work) What could be the problem?

    On your documentation cd there is a directory From P3 to P6: Before you’ll start the import read this chapter: "Converting P3 Projects to P6" (starts page 115) to understand the differences.
    In your case I assume most probably reasons are the calendars or the scheduling options (lags?).
