Importing from P6.2 to P6

Dear Planners,

I have file xer. (P6.2) and the installed software is P6, I tried to imported but I failed. is there any method used to import file from (P6.2) to P6.

    The xer-file is a text file. Make a security copy. Open it with the Editor or Notepad. In the first line you’ll find "6.2.". Replace it by "6.0.". In most of the cases it works.
    Alternatively ask your partner to export in 6.0 format.
