i want to export to excel without time in dates, i already ticked "dont show time" in edit menu-user preferences-dates tab, but the exported value still has time.

    Hi,

    I encountered the same situation before. The fastest walk-around is to modify it in Excel.

    - Insert a new column in Excel (let’s say C); just after the dates and times column (let’s say B).

    - Make the new column as a formula "C1=Left(B1,10)"

    This operation will cut the unwanted time info; and you will e left with dates only.

    You could always just change the display format of the columns with Date and Time in them.
