Question about late dates

Good day Gentlemen,

I would like to know why P6 show late dates eventhough the activity is comlete. From memory, in P3 whenever an activity is completes, the late start/finish date would either be empty or show the actual dates.

Is this normal?

    Yes, it’s by design. If an activity has an actual finish, the algorithm doesn’t touch it and leaves the late finish. You can use it to compare with original planning. The field "Finish" turns from early to actual finish.
