Incorrect budget cost

Hi all.
I’m using P6.2.
I define a material resource with price/unit is 500,000$/unit.
I assign that resource to an activity and input "1" to "Budget unit". But the Budgeted Cost show 499,978.81
This error happen randomly to some assignment. I have no idea with this weird error.
