Dear Sir,
I have associated risk to my WBS/Resource that although it has been assigned to an activity whose duration is 8days and rate is 400/day means total cost is Rs. 3200 is going to get operated during that time period.
When I calculate risk exposure value it shows 4days(50% of original) and impact is Rs. 1600(50% of original) . What is the funda or reason behind it and in this case what system will do if resource is unavailable.
