Dear All,
I am trying my best for understanding topic “progress’ but still have lot of doubts. I am giving an example , pls. anybody explain :-
My activity is of 2days duration , starting on 15/6/09 and ending on 16/6/09 which means that at the end of 15/6/09 ,it should be completed as 50%. Now my questions are:-
a) what should I do to see my planned progress at the end of day 15/6/09?
b) Now I see planned progress as 50% , now I want to apply actuals on the date , what should/steps I should perform?
c) After performing the steps I want to put my activity actual percent completed as 40%, how can I do this? And after that I want to see that due to delay in my activity completion, how my schedule has effected , how can I see this ?
d) If I came to know that due to delay my schedule has gone up by 1day but I want inspite of delay to complete the project on time , what are the available options with me?
Thanx in advance. Answers to these will be very helpful to me. So pls. help.
Regards,
