Stacked histogram for single resource

Can anyone tell me how can we show the a resource utilization for many EPS in a stacked histogram ?
Eg: Progect Manager
He is working 20 % for EPS-1 (London Progect) 30% for EPS-2 (USA Progect) 50 % for EPS-3 (India Progect).
How can we show the resource usage in a stacked histogram using for progect manager utilization . It should show 20% 30% and 50% in a histogram.
Any help will be appreciated.
