Pertmaster 8.53 and P 6.7 files

Anyone know if there is a fix/work-around that will enable PRA 8.53 to accept P6.7 files, especially as a direct link?
Client has decided not to re-new maintenance agreement, so I am stuck at 8.53 for the present. Can export as P621 .xer files, but really like the direct link. Any thoughts appreciated, thanks.
