P6 - Retention of original baseline on progressed acts

Hi All,

Can anyone please advise on how to change the original baseline of progressed project to match the progressed bars. ie. Start & finish of baseline dates = actual start and finish of progressed activities. Actual dates become new baseline for activities progressed upto the Data Date & new Baseline dates match the current programme on activities not yet started.

    The easiest way I can think of is make you current programme you baseline that will match everything.

    Further to Ernesto’s proposal, remind to slect the ’new’ baseline in baseline assign/maintain
