I am a new Primavera user. I use Primavera not for planning/scheduling, but for producing work packages. We use steps mostly, and occasionally the notebook feature. I am having a problem putting an AutoCAD drawing in the notebook review comments. I tried using bitmap, wmf, and even converted to a jpg file, they come out too big and run off the page when I run the report. They look fine in the Activity. Can anyone help me out?

TRY EITHER OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING

1 PRINT TO PDF - YOU WILL STILL HAVE CONTROL ON LAYERS AND EVERYONE WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THE FILE

2 USE FREE VIEWER AND COMMENTING TOOL AUTODESK DESIGN REVIEW AND EVERYONE WHO INSTALL THE FREE VIEWER WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THE FILE

3 USE A SCREEN CAPTURE UTILITY - RECOMMEND PICPICK IS FREE AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PASTE SECTIONS OF YOUR DRAWINGS.

I finally got it to work using a program called ACDSee 6.0.

Seems like a good selection, I just saw they have a product called Canvas geared for technical drawings, good to know, thanks for the reference.
