Weight factor

Dear All,

My Consultant want to load weight factor in baseline schedule. I have loaded cost and manpower. Is there any option in Primavera calculate weight factor as per loaded cost and manpower instead of manual entry.

Hi Vencat,
Yes, you can use export/import to excel facility to load your cost and resource. Use resource assignment option.

i want to load as follows

Design 10%
procurment 15 %
etc

how do i ensure that these activities below this remain as fixed

Do uploading data onto excel spreadsheet first then further import to P6
