Dear All,
I am just confused about Original Duration in Primavera. For example, if I put OD of 7 days in an activity and that activity was completed intermittently in one month, so should I change the OD according to Actual Start/Finish.
Moreover, If I fix Original Duration and after sometime, I came to know that this duration is not correct, So its logical to change it or not?

It depends on how you want to use your OD. The normal practice is to save a baseline. Baseline will carry the OD of the schedule and mean not to change except approved changes require changing the original baseline. During the update you may change the current original duration to show the correct schedule % complete vs. actual % complete and reflect the current status of schedule and compare to baseline at the same time.
