Cash flow Projection

I need some advice on using Primavera for Cash flow projection.

For total cost, it is allocated based on labour, non-labour, expense and material cost.

But for comparison with claim to check if the project is under budget or over budget, how can I do it on P6?

    Hi Lucas,

Can’t help I’m afraid, but i have moved your post to the P6 forum, where you may get a better response.

    Lucas,
If you setup cost account and input actual cost against cost account then you will be able to compare actual cost against Earned Value Fields on Activity Usage Spreadsheet (i.e. Budget At Completion cost, Actual Cost, Estimate At Completion Cost) group by Account Codes. If no account cost define and only required summary, those fields are still available per WBS or Projects. Another option is Resource Usage Spreadsheet using Budgeted total Cost, Actual Total cost and At completion Total Cost.
