Plese some body reply to my query........it was a urgent need for my under standing of the project...
Dear guys,
i was refering to the last years project. in the primary baseline bar plan.but there are some relationships which i cannot understand.
for ex i have A and B activities which has FS relationship between them.
there is no lag.
the A activity has FS to some other activity also C .
BUT IN THE SCHEDULE THE B activity is starting before the A activity has finished.
why is this happening.
please clear my doubt.....

Are you sure Activity A has a FS relationship to Activity B, maybe it has a SS relationship and has a start date contraint, that’s why it started before its’ predeccessor ends. I do not see see problems with Activity C since it is directly a FS relationship with Activity A.
