Dear Friends

I have made a draft program of a tower.

Who ever needs the copy send me the email IDS .
Please make ur comments.
My concern is hw to reduce the total float in the program????

    Hi Arun,

    Send me the pogram.

    You can reduce float by

    1. linking it properly.
    2. Defining contractual milestone where you can link series of activities and acts as interim dates for computing total float.
    3. resource it properly and leveling the resource.

    What you mean is incresing the duraion by reducing resouces for the critical path.

    You are correct, if we are talking about Total Float issue, then he might have something wrong with sequencing and linking of activities. I was referring to reducing the total time of the project.
