Budgeted Cost not Showing.....

I m working on cost loaded schedule but I loaded cost manually i.e. I created one resource (material) and assigned to all activities & fill the cost in front of activities i.e. In the budgeted cost column.
After assigning cost to all activities I got correct my Total Budgeted Cost.
But whenever I am going to update my schedule by Percentage the cost is decreasing.
Why this is happening please help………!

If cost is manually input you need to un-tick calculate cost from unit on each assigned resource(Activity Window-> Resource tab-> right click then select customize Resources columns and under general select or double click calculate cost from units) otherwise if resource have no rate it will be back to zero.
