Combining 3 seperate projects into 1

Help. I want to to take 3 separate projects and combine into one. Each one will be used for either Primary, Secondary or Tertiary. How can you do this combine in P6?

    I know nothing about P6 but in PowerProject I would just copy and paste the top level of two project into the first one and save the file.

    I doubt if it is that easy in Primavera.

    What does it mean by Primary, secodary and Tertiary Projects.
