Hi guys
is it possible to have two unit rates for a resource in P6. So that one is budgeted as per our estimate/bid and the other one is actual unit rate as per actual purchase. This is just to run the report of Budgeted cost Vs actual spent cost at any instant of time, this is to compare budgeted and actual cost.
Please advise.
