Hi Pal,
My common practice as follows:-
First I will establish first the resource data
Second, we've to assign each resource to related activity.
then further you have to export the data to excel file type (export, BQ, act ID, Res) from here you can easily update the BQ. Once finish, you're pleased to import back to P6. But reccomend you to do back up first the prx file.
