change a resource assignment

hi all,

 

you know, in the resource assignment view, when you change a resource for another ?

P6 asks if you want to reset the remaining units/time (or something like that) for the new resource ?

 

a colleague of mine accidentally checked the box hiding this question for the future AND the wrong answer, so each time he changes a resource for another, it resets the upt with the default value set for the new resource.

 

where can we find the option in P6 to put it backwards ?

or can we make P6 ask again for each change ?

 

I tried different settings in the project/resources and project/calcultations tabs but I can't find it...

    edit menu, user preferences,

    edit menu, user preferences, under calculations tab, Assignment Staffing, check the option "ask me to select each time i assign"
