Greetings of the day!!

I am a rookie in P6 and want to explore about resource loading. I have scheduled the activities in P6. I need to assign resources and calculate Earned value.

 

Can anybody enlighten me towards the resource loading and step by step procedure to do it in P6..

    1-From Enterprise  make your

    1-From Enterprise  make your resource dictionary

    2-Go to activities list then assign resource activity by activity
