Loosing Activity Codes when going from 6.2 to 6.7

When I export my P6.2 xer and import it into P6 v7, not all of my Activity codes are going. It appears that my Project level Activity codes are going but my Global Activity. Anyone had this issue before? Any idea's on how to fix this?
