Defining 2 activity code and Assigning them to 1 project

Dears,
I defined 2 activity code as global type and assigned them to activities of a particular project.
when I exported this project and Imported again, the second activity code (the one which defined and assigned after another) removed, Is there anybody who faced to this problem?
How can correct this mistake?
