Auto compute actuals ?????

Dear Friends

I have a question about the above subject.

The function "Auto compute actual" under the details tab in resource workspace didn’t work when I put the function” Recalculate Actual Units and Cost when Duration % Complete Changes" checkbox on under calculation tab in project workspace.

I can’t understand the differences between these two options

    Yâser,"Recalculate Actual

    Yâser,

    "Recalculate Actual Units and Cost when Duration % Complete Changes" means that P6 will calculate resources actual work when you enter actual % duration in the status tab 

    "Auto compute actual" at the resouirce, resource assignment or activity level means that P6 will calculate actual work for the resource when you are using the Tools, Apply Actuals feature.
