Dear All,

 

I have to update a Schedule but I am having a problem updating the original duration. In the image above for exemple in the activity "Planejamento" the Original duration is 37d but I need to change it.

Should it be the sum of the sucessors activity? How it is calculated?

    37 days, calculated from

    37 days, calculated from earliest activity start and finish dates. Updating summary OD must be done through updating activity OD.
