Good morning,

If I have a scope of work of one project ,

-I extract activities,durations,relationships,I do the WBS,OBS

-Now ,how to do weights

    In P6.1 Version in WBS

    In P6.1 Version in WBS ...Columns ...Weightage ..Option was there where you can give weightage to WBS ...But This option is not available in P6 R8.1
