Baseline to Actual Update

Dear Experts,
Situation:
i am updating the program in weekly/mothly basis but i am not assigning nor maintaining the baseline for so long..
the question is how can i include/assign or maintain the original baseline to the latest updated program??
please help sirs..

Bert,
it was a big mistake not to maintain a baseline since before the 1st update!
you can maintain and assign a baseline at any time; you will baseline the current status of the project, the original project is lost for good, unlesse you have printed or exported it before the 1st update!
