Primavera P6 WBS Summary Man-hour allocation

Hello,
I have a question on how best to load in budgeted and actual man-hours into my P6 schedules. I plan to do this using a WBS Summary Activity as a majority of the schedule activities are milestone but I need to track the total hours that are charged to specific WBS charge codes. What is the best way to accomplish this task? Any information would be appreciated as I have just started using P6 and would like to adapt form using P3.
