Actual Date of an activity

Hello friends,

I have assigned the Actual Date of an activity as 10-july-2012

Now i came to know the activity has not yet started.

When i click the Actual Check box in status. The report comes as,

"Cannot set status to Not Started if activity has actuals"

How can i rectifiy this problem.

Kindly advise.

    Set the actuals to zero (resources, cost, etc)

    highlight the activity you

    highlight the activity you want to change, go to the status tab, uncheck the finish date, change the physical % complete back to zero, reset the actual & remaining labor units (budgeted quantity)in the labour units box, then you should be able to uncheck the start date, it will ask you Are you sure that you want to change the activity to be Not Started? Jusk click yes and it should work
