    Rajesh, The units represents

    Rajesh,

The units represents the level of effort you put on an activity ex : 4 hrs/day or 8 hrs/day.

It is basically the units that will appears on the invoice and is usually "hour"

The duration is the elapsed time since the activity was started.

For axample if you work 4 hrs/day during 5 days you have 20 hours spent (units) and 5 days elapsed (duration)

    Hope this helps.

    Jean
