Revised Programme and changing start/finish with Global Change

There is some topic regarding changing the start/finish date with in the programme with global change, but I can`t find.
Programme has actual and keep all information regarding previous baseline (P6-programme is without attached baseline) I need to reschedule remained not started activities, moving them backward.
Please give me the link or global change steps.
