How to enable bucket planning in p6 to enable to enter budgeted units manually.

    just go to resource usage

    just go to resource usage spread sheet and selct the activity, then u will be able to do bucket planning

    Is there a means of stopping P6 from re allocating resources based on the total resources if the activity is delayed.
