Reinstallation of Primavera software v7 to other PC

Dear Experts,
1 year ago, I installed Primavera software v 7 (licensed) to my old PC, then my company bought new PC for me since the old PC is not working properly. That is why I have to reinstall the primavera software to my new PC. But unfortunately the installation never been successful even i tried so many times.
Anybody has the same problem?
Please help.
