Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management 8 Essentials Examination

I'm interested in taking the "Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management 8 Essentials" Exam

I would appreciate if those of you that have taken this exam could tell me:

1)Is it useful for planners or is it just for people selling Primavera products?

2)Do you have to be an OPN member to take it?

3)Do you have to bring a laptop with P6 installed to the testing center? or will they provide you one?
